1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MobiFlip (mobiflip.in), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of Platform

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Do not upload illegal or inappropriate content
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Do not share your account with unauthorized persons

3. Studio Accounts

Studio accounts are created by MobiFlip admin upon request. Each account is assigned a plan with specific album limits and validity. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading, you grant MobiFlip a limited license to store and display your content as part of the album service only.

5. Plans and Payments

• Payments accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, or WhatsApp Pay
• Plans are activated after payment confirmation within 24 hours
• Plans are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused albums do not carry forward to next year

6. Album Validity

Each album has a validity period based on your subscription plan. After expiry, albums may become inaccessible. Studios are responsible for informing customers about album validity.

7. Termination

MobiFlip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
