Albums
How many photos can I upload per album?+
You can upload up to 100 images per album. Photos are automatically compressed and optimized for best quality and fast loading speed.
What image formats are supported?+
We support JPG, PNG, and WEBP formats. For best results, upload high-quality JPG images. All images are automatically optimized after upload.
Can I add music to albums?+
Yes! Upload a wedding song or any background music for each album. Music starts playing automatically when the customer opens the album for the first time.
How long are albums available?+
Album validity depends on your plan — Free Trial: 6 months, Starter: 12 months, Pro: 24 months, Unlimited: 36 months from the date of creation.
Can I edit an album after uploading?+
Yes! You can add photos, change music, update couple name and event date, and reorder images anytime from your studio dashboard.

How do I share albums with customers?+
Each album has a unique link and QR code. Share the link on WhatsApp, or print the QR code for your customer. When they scan or click, the album opens instantly.
Can customers view albums on mobile?+
Absolutely! MobiFlip albums are fully optimized for mobile. Customers can flip pages by swiping or tapping, and albums look beautiful on any screen size.
Can I track album views?+
Yes! Your dashboard shows total view count for each album so you know when customers are viewing their memories.

What plans does MobiFlip offer?+
Free Trial (5 albums), Starter (180 albums/year at Rs.2,499), Pro (600 albums/year at Rs.5,999), and Unlimited (unlimited albums at Rs.12,999 per year).
How do I make payment?+
Payments are accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, or WhatsApp Pay. After payment confirmation, your plan is activated within 24 hours. Contact us on WhatsApp for payment details.
